These are the facts: Bondi has acted as Trump's close subordinate and agent to prevent, suppress, and delay the release of over 5 million files connected with investigations into Jeffrey Epstein's child sex trafficking enterprise. Released files have been tampered with. False files have been inserted. This is obstruction of justice, and Congress must impeach. We have two questions for you: 1) Does your boss support the impeachment of both Bondi and Trump for obstructing justice? 2) Will your boss file or co-sponsor articles of impeachment against Bondi and Trump? RES ___ SECTION 1. RESOLVED, that Donald J. Trump, President of the United States, and Pamela J. Bondi, Attorney General of the United States, are impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the Senate. Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Donald J. Trump, President of the United States, and Pamela J. Bondi, Attorney General of the United States, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against them for high crimes and misdemeanors. ARTICLE 1: OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE In his conduct of the office of President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, in violation of his constitutional oath to execute faithfully the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has prevented, obstructed, and impeded the administration of justice. These violations were conducted by and through his close subordinate and agent Pamela J. Bondi, Attorney General of the United States, in a plan designed to delay, impede and obstruct investigation into the President’s personal involvement in Jeffrey Epstein’s child sex trafficking crimes and to cover up, conceal, and protect those responsible, in that: For at least three decades, Donald J. Trump maintained a warm relationship with sex trafficker and child abuser Jeffrey Epstein. For at least 10 of those years, Epstein was publicly known to abuse children, having been sentenced to 18 months jail for soliciting prostitution from someone under the age of 18 in June 2008. Donald J. Trump’s warm relationship with Epstein is evident in photographs of the two together at multiple social events, Trump’s own acknowledgement of their shared taste in women (with at least one shared partner between the two), Epstein making, and losing, a $10,000 wager on whether Trump’s wife was pregnant, Epstein claiming in emails that Trump spent “hours” at Epstein’s house with one of the victims of his abuse, and a drawing gifted to Epstein from Trump in January 2003 that featured a sketch of a young female and reference to a “wonderful secret” shared between the two of them. In a September 11, 2025 release of more than 18,000 files directly from Epstein’s own estate, Trump was mentioned just 9 times. However, in a subsequent release of more than 20,000 files by the House Oversight Committee, Trump was referenced more than 1,500 times, including repeated attempts by Epstein to interest an New York Times reporter in “photos of Trump and girls in bikinis in my kitchen” and embarrassing descriptions like “so gross” and “worse in real life and up close.” The vast majority of the files in the government’s possession was supposed to be made public by Dec. 19, 2025 after Congress voted 427-1 to release the files in full. However less than 2% of five million files have been made public to date, and the DoJ has both tampered with the released files and inserted false files into the release. Despite campaigning in 2024 on the public release of the U.S. Government’s files on Jeffrey Epstein, Donald J. Trump’s intimate knowledge of the depth and breadth of his nearly 40-year relationship with Jeffrey Epstein spurred him to abuse the powers of his office in an effort to avoid embarrassment and reputational harm. Donald J. Trump, using the powers of his high office, and through his close subordinates and agents, including Pamela J. Bondi, Attorney General of the United States, engaged in a course of conduct or plan designed to delay, impede, and obstruct the release of the files and to cover up, conceal, and protect the elite social network that ignored or condoned the sexual abuse of thousands of children by Jeffrey Epstein, his partner Ghislaine Maxwell, and their associates. The means used to implement this course of conduct or plan included one or more of the following: Pamela J. Bondi used the powers of her office to conceal the existence and the scope of Donald J. Trump’s activities as a member of Epstein’s network by misusing the Federal Bureau of Investigation, directing roughly 1,000 FBI officials to devote 3,000 hours of overtime at a cost of more than $850,000 in taxpayer money to reviewing the Epstein Files in order to flag items that mention Donald J. Trump. Misusing the Department of Justice, an agency of the United States, causing individuals duly tried and convicted to expect favored treatment and consideration in return for their silence or false testimony by directing DOJ agents to interview and record Epstein’s accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell (who was tried and convicted of both securing children and sexually abusing children with and for Jeffrey Epstein). She stated that “the President was never inappropriate with anybody” during her July 24th interview with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. Shortly afterwards, by August 2, 2025, Maxwell was transferred to a minimum security prison. Subverting the rule of law with repeated and ongoing efforts to make the grand jury transcripts from Maxwell’s criminal proceedings public. The second judge to reject these attempts to acquire grand jury transcripts, U.S. District Judge Engelmeyer stated that one might “conclude that the Government’s motion for their unsealing was aimed not at ‘transparency’ but at diversion — aimed not at full disclosure but at the illusion of such.” The Trump administration’s effort to misdirect public opinion with this information in order to establish Donald J. Trump’s role in the Epstein files extrajudicially interferes or endeavors to interfere with the conduct of lawfully authorized federal judges. Making or causing to be made false or misleading public statements for the purpose of deceiving the people of the United States into believing that: Donald J. Trump was not a close personal friend of Jeffrey Epstein That the relevant files on Epstein’s criminal actions and network did not exist That allegations of misconduct on the part of Donald J. Trump in association with Jeffrey Epstein’s widespread practice of sexually abusing children was a “fake narrative” and further, that Donald J. Trump was not involved in such misconduct. In addition, Pamela J. Bondi, in her official capacity as Attorney General, attempted to deceive the people of the United States into believing that a thorough and complete investigation had been conducted by providing influencers with documents already in the public domain, and when that deception failed, stated that “no further disclosure would be appropriate or warranted.” Donald J. Trump has sustained these false allegations to the present day, posting to Truth Social on December 26, 2025 that “DOJ is being forced to spend all of its time on this Democrat inspired hoax.” In all of this, Donald J.
