Uphold states’ right to run elections

To: Sen. Banks, Sen. Young

From: A verified voter in Richmond, IN

August 28

As a concerned US citizen and lifelong Hoosier, I ask that you—as my senator—step up to defend the US Constitution, which you took a solemn oath to uphold. It is common knowledge now that our President seeks to undermine states’ Constitutional right to determine the time, place, and manner of elections—including those approved to go through the US Mail. If you do not actively work to uphold this right—and do so now!—you have no business continuing as a senator.
