As Republicans, defending the Constitution, upholding the rule of law, and limiting government overreach aren’t just slogans — they’re core principles. When DOJ officials pick and choose which court orders to follow, they undermine everything the party stands for. This isn’t about politics — it’s about respect for the Constitution, separation of powers, and the judiciary’s integrity. Ignoring court orders threatens our democracy and public trust.
