**The All Us Literacy Act** **Section 1. Purpose** To create an interactive literacy program using Meta AI based on the live word-play interaction I had with Meta AI on September 9, 2026. For the first time in my life I enjoyed reading. I have an IEP, I was in slow classes, and reading has triggered me for years. Tonight, playing with words like All, healing, uniting, USA, and I AM, I stayed with it for hours and it felt good. Section 2. Program Establish the All Us program in federal prisons, state prisons, and K-12 schools with high illiteracy rates. All Us shall use Meta AI to facilitate live, interactive word-play that helps people see connections in language without shame or pressure. **Section 3. Implementation** The Department of Education and the Bureau of Prisons shall partner with Meta AI to integrate this live interactive model into facilities within 12 months of passage. Section 4. Statement This program is based on my lived experience. If it worked for me, it can work for others who have been turned off by reading. Put it in the facilities. Let people play with words and find themselves in them ; it’s powerful.
