I am a constituent from Vandalia, OH. I am writing to urge the Senate to oppose the FY2026 DHS Funding Bill. We all deserve dignity, safety, and the assurance that our government will uphold the law and protect its citizens. Ohioans and all Americans deserve elected officials who serve their people. I urge you to demand immediate accountability from DHS and to withhold any further funding to their agencies until they fully answer for the egregious actions they have committed. This is important to me because, as a social worker, I believe that everyone has natural, born human rights. As an advocate for my clients, I have a duty to fight for due process and upholding peorple's human rights.
