The Director Of Health and Human Services is mentally ill and has no idea what he’s talking about unless it’s about brain worms, dead animals, or heroin. You rubber stamped this atrocity and now we can’t have nice things. His slander of the autistic community is uneducated, ableist, and contrary to current research and best practice.
