Jimmy, you already voted to pass this pile of garbage so I'm appealing to the two senators I MIGHT vote for in the future. But please read along. The spending bill that is in the Senate right now includes funding for DHS (including ICE). You need to sever the DHS funding, take it up separately, and include prohibition on masks and judicial warrantless search and seizures, uniforms with names, units, and badge numbers embroidered (like real law enforcement), coordination with local law enforcement for apprehensions, immediate reporting to local law enforcement of use of lethal force (whether or not resulting in death or injury) and requiring feds to defer to and full cooperation with local jurisdiction for processing potential crimes and crime scenes. And yes, shut the government down for as long as necessary. This is a break glass moment.
