In past public statements, you have assured Ohioans that no person or administration is above the law. With that track record in mind, we're waiting for your statements on the record, as well as votes on relevant bills, concerning the actions of the administration & its immigration activities in MN. In a court order requiring ICE to release the petitioner, the judge wrote, "Attached to this order is an appendix that identifies 96 court orders that ICE has violated in 74 cases. The extent of ICE's noncompliance is almost certainly substantially understated." What are you going to do about this? Voting against DHS funding would be a start. Do your job and make your actions match your words.
