Net Metering for Solar Power

Tennessee needs to mandate net metering, as it's one of only three states remaining that have no form of solar crediting. Our utility companies do not appear to be voluntarily implementing net metering either, besides the paltry credit from TVA. Solar panels are reasonably affordable, but being forced to add a home battery system, and triple the overall cost, is ridiculous. Let's not be dragging behind 47/50 states when it comes to endorsing the implementation of modern technology. Thank you.
