Department of justice n health n safety protocol stuff; It should be a no-brainer that when processing someone in custody, automatic evaluation medically, tested with bloodwork to see every drug in their system, and every disease that they have and they should have proper treatment for drugs, diseases and sickness during and after they are released. I prose a federal department in each states county’s facilities and the federal department is responsible to do the works and responsible to pay for the bill for this program.
