STOP RISKING PREGNANT PATIENTS' LIVES! President Trump's Department of Justice (DOJ) has withdrawn from the DOJ's case challenging Idaho's ban on emergency abortion care – making clear that this administration will NOT fight to protect the health or lives of pregnant people. While the legal battle continues, we must speak out and demand action. The Trump administration is actively endangering access to reproductive health care. The administration's decision to drop the DOJ's challenge sanctions allowing Idaho to jail doctors for providing lifesaving emergency abortion care – directly violating federal law and putting patients' lives at risk. This blatant attack on access to lifesaving abortion care proves that President Trump has broken his campaign promise to not take federal action restricting abortion access. It's clear these assaults on our reproductive rights are only beginning. But we will not go back – and we will not back down. Stand up against the Trump administration's anti-abortion agenda.
