Why has Elon Musk — a non-elected person who heads an ILLEGAL federal agency since, per the Constitution, it is Congress who is tasked with creating federal agencies — now gained access to our personal information via the US Treasury? This is unacceptable and a clear and present threat to our democracy. No non-elected nor non-appointed by Congress person should have ever been able to access this information in the first place and as my representative, I demand that Musk be STOPPED. He was not elected nor legally appointed to anything!
