Please deploy the marines, the navy—whatever branch you must to evacuate the residents of Tampa and the surrounding areas. Some people cannot afford to leave. Incarcerated people are not allowed to leave. Please do something while there is still time to air lift folks out of there. Please don’t let people die on your watch.
