As your constituent, I am writing to express my concerns regarding Congressional leadership and the need for accountability within our federal government. I do not support Hakeem Jeffries becoming Speaker of the House, nor do I support Chuck Schumer for Senate Majority Leader. I believe leadership should prioritize the interests of the American people, remain independent of special-interest influence, and demonstrate a commitment to transparency and accountability. Additionally, I expect to see meaningful accountability for corruption, misconduct, and potential abuses of power within the current administration. Allegations of wrongdoing should be thoroughly investigated, and substantiated misconduct should have real consequences.
