I’m deeply disappointed in the direction our country is heading under your leadership. The passage of the so-called “Big Beautiful Bill” is a betrayal of democratic values and working-class Americans. It prioritizes control over compassion, and power over people. We are sliding into authoritarianism. Policies once unthinkable in a free society are now law. This is not the America I was raised to believe in. We are beginning to resemble regimes like Russia or North Korea—where dissent is punished and conformity is enforced. Project 2025 is a terrifying blueprint for dismantling democratic institutions. Its continued advancement signals a government more interested in consolidating power than serving its people. I urge you to reject it and stand for liberty, not tyranny. America should be a beacon of hope, not fear. But right now, it’s terrible for working families, for immigrants, for anyone who dares to dream. If you truly serve the people, prove it. Reverse course before it’s too late.
