I am strongly opposed to this latest "final" propoal for Ukraine. It hands everything to Putin and Russia, without any security guarantees for Ukraine. It opens the door for Putin to invade any country he wants in the future and get away with it. I support Ukraine as our ally. This is a horrible proposal.
