ICE out of Queens!

As a registered Democrat who votes in every election, I am very disturbed that ICE is abducting people without due process of law in my neighborhood of Jackson Heights, Queens. Why can't the NYPD protect my neighbors from these violations against their legal rights? Can anyone? I understand that laws have been proposed, even passed... but ICE is not a law abiding agency. Can we not ENFORCE our laws in New York? And what is being done about these shameful and horrific detention centers already here IN OUR CITY? I want ICE out of NYC and Queens! Thank you for everything you're doing already to make New York a better place to live.
