I can not overstate my opposition to the action Pres. Trump has taken in Venezuela, that he acted without the approval or even knowledge of Congress, or the absurd demands the administration is making before we "allow" another nation to manage their own resources. In my view these actions rise to the level of both international crime as well as treason against the Constitution. Trump needs to be stopped, Maduro must be returned to his country, all of our demands on Venezuela must be abandoned, and the administration must be brought before Congress to explain this gross overreach and abuse of power.
