Bribery for a vote is an impeachable offense. The President has committed (another) felony and must be impeached. I am appalled and outraged that Trump is offering $5,000 to voters to get them to support Republicans in the midterms. This "offer" is a felony under U.S. Code 52 section 10307. It is a literal felony to offer voters anything in exchange for their vote. Federal law says “Whoever . . . pays or offers to pay . . . for voting shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than five years.” Is this not an egregiously unethical and impeachable offense?! Protect our Constitution. Protect our democracy. Protect us all and IMPEACH THIS PRESIDENT This proposed bribe would spike inflation and our national debt disastrously if it were paid out. It is also, like so much of what he says, almost certainly a bluff at best and a lie at worst. Thanks.
