California must stay competitive in AI. “The states that align infrastructure, electricity, and policy with AI’s explosive growth will win,” said Ira Ehrenpreis (founder and managing partner of venture capital firm DBL Partners and co-chair of Stanford’s Precourt Institute’s advisory council). “California should create the optimal regulatory and legislative environment to properly compete.” Stanford released a plan related to this.
