I am writing to demand immediate and robust federal legislation to protect the data privacy of all citizens, regardless of age. Our personal data is an extension of our identity and deserves to be treated as private property.
Currently, government agencies and third-party entities are gathering, centralizing, and weaponizing our personal information for benefit, coercion, exploitation, and extortion. This unchecked surveillance and data harvesting undermines our fundamental civil liberties and creates a system of digital exploitation.
I urge you to:
• Enforce Data Ownership: Codify into law that personal data belongs solely to the individual, not the platform or entity that collects it.
• Stop Unlawful Gathering:Immediately halt the reckless centralization of citizen data by federal and private actors.
• Prohibit Coercive Use: Ban the use of personal data for any form of economic exploitation, extortion, or systemic coercion.
• Ensure Transparency: Require absolute transparency and a "right to delete" for all data improperly collected or held without explicit, non-coerced consent. • Resistbot

Privacy is a human right. I expect you to uphold your oath of office by protecting your constituents from these digital threats.
