The Trump administration is openly violating the law and every day seeking to extend its power to arrest, deport, and coerce with no process or accountability to the other branches of government. This is fascism. There is no other word for it. Nothing excuses this, no matter what you think of any specific policy issue. He MUST be removed from office. You must work with your colleagues, in both parties and both chambers, to stop this. Make the demand, no matter its popularity. Start the conversation, and do it where the press can hear. It is your moral and political duty to raise this issue and stay on it.
