Urgent: Restore Life-Saving Aid to Starving Children Abroad

To: Sen. Graham, Sen. Scott, Rep. Norman

From: A verified voter in Rock Hill, SC

April 21

I am writing as a deeply concerned constituent regarding the Trump administration’s decision to halt critical humanitarian aid to starving children in countries like Bangladesh, Somalia, and others. Specifically, I am alarmed that ready-to-ship boxes of peanut paste—produced by reputable companies like Mana and Edesia—have been blocked from being delivered. These shipments were intended to save the lives of malnourished children, and now, due to this policy decision, many will suffer and die needlessly. This is morally unacceptable. I urge you to speak out publicly and act decisively to reverse this action and ensure such life-saving aid is restored immediately. The United States must continue to lead with compassion and uphold our humanitarian values. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I hope I can count on your voice and your leadership.
