Good morning, 1 year and 1 day since trump was sworn in for his second term and I’ve lost count of how many times I have submitted comments via your website, called the offices in Washington & locally, and the number of times I’ve reminded you of your oath to defend the constitution. The checks and balances we were taught in school when I was a kid appear to have failed. I see no checking, I see no balance. I do see congress unable or unwilling to say no to trump,or stop him from further deranged actions. The moment he pardoned all January 6 insurrections the alarm bells aught to have been ringing in the halls of Congress. When he dismantled USAid I wrote to you and demanded you uphold the oath you swore to the constitution. I am astounded at how much damage has been permitted to happen under your watch. I remember calling and leaving messages for my Democrats to please show some fight. I know I’ve had to endure talking to staffers who answer Rep Biggs line in Wa who I’m certain didn’t record my opinion/objections.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE YOU DO YOUR SWORN DUTY TO SUPPORT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION?
We’ve progressed from violating norms to misappropriating funds to war crimes to kidnapping a leader under the auspices of justice/regime change (but we all know it’s a resource grab) all the way up to threatening to take land by force.
What upsets me most is the Greenland threats probably won’t be enough to get congress to exert its power.
Respectfully, WHAT WILL IT TAKE?
remove the mentally unstable and morally unfit commander in chief.
