I want to know what Congress is going to do now that the SCOTUS says that Kilmar Abrego Garcia must be brought back but President Trump says he will not do that. The President is flouting the Rule of Law. Without the Rule of Law, we have anarchy. Furthermore, our Constution requires that all PERSONS be given due process and none of the people sent to El Salvador received that. Presidency is not Kingship. The constitution says it is Congress's job to provide checks and balances to the President. So, what are you going to do to uphold the Rule of Law?
