I'm calling on you to initiate impeachment proceedings against President Trump under Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution. His creation of the Homeland Security Task Forces through Executive Order 14159 establishes an unconstitutional nationwide force that operates outside the rule of law. These multiagency task forces are conducting immigration enforcement operations across Minneapolis, Memphis, Los Angeles, and other cities far from any border. The administration has deployed 8,500 DHS agents and analysts who are detaining people, including children, without the transparency or due process protections our Constitution guarantees. The new HSTF.gov website deliberately obscures this reality, making no mention of ICE, deportations, or immigration enforcement while framing operations exclusively as combating cartels and trafficking. This is the establishment of a secret police force that eliminates habeas corpus protections. Executive Order 14159, titled "Protecting the American People Against Invasion," authorizes deportation and incarceration on an unprecedented scale. When a president creates paramilitary task forces that operate in American cities, detaining citizens and immigrants alike while hiding their true mission behind slick branding, that constitutes a high crime against the Constitution. Trump must be impeached immediately. Every day these task forces operate, more Americans lose their constitutional protections.
