I am writing to urge you to take immediate action to investigate, impeach, and hold Pam Bondi accountable for her unethical and potentially unlawful conduct that undermines the government’s integrity and operations. Not only has she recently lied and contradicted herself about the existence of the Epstein Files; But Bondi’srecord includes serious concerns that demand scrutiny and consequences. Most notably: • Conflict of Interest with Donald Trump: As Florida Attorney General, Bondi accepted a $25,000 donation from the Trump Foundation while her office was considering joining a fraud investigation into Trump University. After receiving the donation, she declined to investigate. This raises serious ethical and legal questions about bribery, obstruction, and abuse of power. Misinformation. She has also undermined Democracy: As part of Trump’s legal team during and after the 2020 election. Her lies about election fraud promoted efforts to overturn the legitimate results of a democratic election. Her spread of false information helped incite distrust in democratic institutions and contributed to the climate that led to the January 6th attack on the Capitol- an attempt to overturn the entire government. Bondi’s actions are not just poor judgment they threaten our justice system and our democracy. Any public official who abuses their office for personal or political gain must be investigated and held accountable. Congress must not tolerate corruption, obstruction of justice, or anti-democratic behavior from any public servant. I respectfully urge you to call for a formal investigation into Pam Bondi’s conduct and pursue all appropriate disciplinary measures, including disqualification from future public service. Your constituents and all Americans deserve ethical and legal leadership. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
