Nearly $7 million has been “apportioned” over the past week to cover DOGE-related expenses. Article I, Section 9 of the Constitution grants Congress the power of the purse through the Appropriations Clause, which states, “No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law.” This constitutes a violation of our Constitution. What are you doing about this?
