Where are the Missing FBI interviews?

To: Sen. Padilla, Sen. Schiff, Rep. McClintock

From: A constituent in El Dorado Hills, CA

March 4

The Department of Justice recently released the largest tranche of documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation. That release raised serious questions — including reports that certain FBI interview summaries (Form 302 reports) were not included in the public files. Members of Congress have stated they could not locate specific documents during their review. If records were withheld — whether labeled duplicative or otherwise — Congress must verify that determination independently. Transparency laws cannot be selectively applied. If subpoenas are issued in connection with individuals named in the Epstein files, they must be applied consistently. Oversight loses legitimacy when it targets political opponents while shielding allies — including a sitting president. Equal justice requires equal scrutiny! The American people deserve a full accounting of any withheld or omitted Epstein-related records. We need to hear testimony from any Epstein associates. Please complete the Epstein file review without partisan selectivity.
