I'm writing you to express my outrage over what is happening at Delaney Hall in New Jersey and in other for profit detention centers across the US. I hate that our taxpayer dollars are going to holding our neighbors prisoner while companies like Geo Group and Core Civic profit off of human suffering. I ask that you hold this administration accountable for their attacks on both immigrants and citizens by conducting public oversight investigations of ICE detention facilities, demand closure of inhumane detention camps, and condemn and refuse further funding of ICE and CBP.
