I am writing as a constituent from Louisiana to demand the immediate impeachment of President Trump and his cabinet. This administration has hollowed out the U.S. diplomatic corps—removing experienced professionals and replacing them with unqualified loyalists who lack cultural knowledge, language skills, and negotiation expertise. That is not a minor policy shift; it is a direct threat to national security. Louisiana stands on the front lines of the consequences. Our economy depends on global stability—through shipping, ports, energy infrastructure, and international trade along the Gulf. Our military families bear the human cost of reckless escalation. When diplomacy fails, Louisiana pays. We are now entangled in conflict with Iran that stronger, competent diplomacy could have prevented or contained. Weakening our diplomatic capacity while steering the nation toward war is not just negligence—it is a betrayal of the public trust. This conduct meets the standard for impeachment. When leadership knowingly undermines the nation’s ability to maintain peace, exposes Americans to unnecessary danger, and destabilizes both our economy and security, it rises to the level of treasonous behavior. I am asking you to act immediately. Initiate impeachment proceedings against the President and his cabinet without delay. Louisiana cannot afford silence or hesitation. Neither can the country.
