The United States appears to have Jared Kushner acting in a most questionable role. Quick search online reveals that Jared is not a government employee. He runs a private investment firm, Affinity Partners, and serves in an advisory capacity which would seem to be a huge conflict of interest given the dealings in the middle east. Jared has also taken NO oath to uphold the constitution so how do we know he’s acting on behalf of the U.S.? I want to know. He also would have access to the highest-level intelligence to conduct negotiations. HOW can this legally be done given he has NO official role, has taken no oath, has top level intelligence and likely has a direct conflict? Please explain this situation to me. I deserve an answer.
