Elon Musk said what most Americans already believe: Trump will never release the Epstein files because his name is all over them. We are no longer living under a functioning constitutional democracy — we are living under an authoritarian regime that operates in contempt of the Constitution and beyond meaningful accountability. A regime that kills Americans with impunity. So I’m done watching Democrats treat accountability like performance art — a few soundbites, a day of outrage in chambers, then quiet acceptance of DOJ delay tactics while calling it “process.” And just last week, House Democrats helped pass a Homeland Security appropriations bill that sends $10B more to ICE — which tells me Democrats are fine funding an agency that brutalizes and kills with impunity, and then labels Americans as “domestic terrorists.” Now we’re watching the exact same game with Epstein. Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie talk big — but it’s still bluster — and Pam Bondi is outflanking them with the oldest authoritarian tactic in the book: stall, stall, stall. Khanna/Massie even discussed penalties — including “inherent contempt” — yet Bondi remains untouched and the files remain buried. Timeline (this proves the scam): * Nov 19, 2025: Epstein Files Transparency Act signed into law * Dec 19, 2025: DOJ deadline passes * Dec 21–23, 2025: Khanna/Massie talk penalties and “inherent contempt” * Late Dec 2025 → Jan 2026: DOJ releases ~125,000 pages while admitting 2+ million documents remain “under review” TODAY: BONDI FACES ZERO CONSEQUENCES. The public has lost faith. Under the current process, nothing will happen — again. You are playing into their game. The regime does not need to win arguments. It only needs to run out the clock while Democrats perform outrage and collect paychecks. So I have no faith Democrats have a real process, real determination, or even a real need to finish this. Stop playing nice. Stop acting like an elementary kid hoping the bully suddenly becomes fair. Force disclosure. It’s humiliating that journalists have more tactics than Congress. Use them. And stop talking only to politicians — talk to investigators and victims. Start with investigative reporters like Ruth Ben-Ghiat (Lucid Substack) and build a real disclosure plan: what records exist, what’s sealed, and how to force the next release.
