While the European Union is decreasing its reliance on Russian energy, Trump has just announced a new huge purchase of Russian diesel — against longstanding western sanctions — even knowing that Russia has helped Iran kill American military personnel. Please call on President Trump to roll back this sweetheart deal with Putin. It’s a disgraceful betrayal of our allies that would do little to drop oil prices in the United States. I’m tired of Trump siding with Putin over Ukraine. It needs to stop.
