Halt deportations to CECOT, ensure constitutional protections and humane treatment.

The situation at CECOT prison is dire, with individuals facing life-threatening conditions without due process or access to legal recourse daily. This unconscionable violation of civil liberties through unlawful detention, torture risks, and denial of habeas rights cannot persist. Heavy-handed deportations to a brutal foreign prison fundamentally undermine America's commitment to human rights and the rule of law. The outsourcing of our prison system is unconstitutional and violates the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth amendments of the constitution. I urgently demand an immediate halt to deportations to CECOT and facilitation of safe returns for those imprisoned there under inhumane conditions. This erosion of constitutional protections enabled by the unchecked expansion of executive power jeopardizes lives and sets a dangerous precedent that strikes at the heart of our justice system's foundations. Every moment this policy continues risks further human suffering and irreparable damage to America's standing as a champion of universal rights and liberties.
