Abolish the Electoral College — Support the National Popular Vote

Support abolishing the Electoral College. Every presidential vote should carry equal weight regardless of which state a voter lives in. Right now, a handful of swing states decide who leads the country while tens of millions of votes in non-competitive states are effectively irrelevant. That's not democracy — it's a structural distortion of it. The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact is the most viable path forward without a constitutional amendment. Amending the Constitution requires two-thirds of both chambers and 38 state legislatures — a near-impossible bar. The Compact achieves the same outcome by having states pledge their electoral votes to the national popular vote winner, and it takes effect once states totaling 270 electoral votes sign on. This is a legitimate, constitutional mechanism, and it deserves your support. Get behind it.
