Interning illegal immigrants is an unacceptable violation of human rights that does not align with American values. There must be a better solution that upholds due process, human decency, and our nation's principles of justice and equality under the law. I urge you to reject any plans that would treat vulnerable migrant populations, including women and children, in a cruel and inhumane manner unbefitting of our nation's moral standing.
