So the treasury declared the US insolvent this week. Do you know when that's happened before? It was The Great Depression. Your incompetence has U.S. citizens scrambling to start gardens to supplement their grocery bills. We are learning how to make biofuels and rough gasoline from plastics. We are squirreling away money that would normally be used toward the once booming American economy. We are protecting our friends and neighbors from the Reich you’ve allowed this nation to become. We are giving up money and time with our loved ones to write and call you constantly- around the clock, even, and to protest the regime in the streets- we do this in the hopes we can save our loved ones from having to endure this long term. We are pooling resources to provide safe passage to foreigners. We are collecting literature before the administration bans everything worth reading and learning about. We are bartering in our communities to promote lasting resources and codependency that can survive the impending autocracy. WE THE PEOPLE are putting in the work. WE THE PEOPLE toil without pay to try to topple the empire. The only thing we lack is credible and reliable leadership- you know- the PAID positions we hired YOU to perform. So maybe do your job? Stand up or step aside and let someone qualified and INTERESTED in our morals represent us. It’s literally the very LEAST you can do on the tax payers’ dime.
