The people of district 18 deserve representation. You claim that you do not like how Harris county conducts its elections, but it is well known that you simply do not like who they elect. Failing to hold elections is a failure to do your duty as governor; if you don't want to do the job, step down, and let someone dedicated to Texans do it. Hold special elections for the empty seat in District 18, and apologize for your corruption.
