Seeking Accountability and Full Transparency for Epstein Victims

To: Sen. Fischer

From: A constituent in Omaha, NE

February 27

As a resident of Nebraska and one of your constituents, I am writing to express my gratitude for your support of the Epstein Files Transparency Act last year. However, I am deeply concerned by recent reports that the Department of Justice’s release of these files remains incomplete and heavily redacted. For decades, the victims of Jeffrey Epstein were denied justice through secret non-prosecution agreements and systemic failures. While the release of over 3.5 million pages is a start, the public and the victims deserve a full accounting—not a curated version of the truth. I urge you to use your position to: • Demand an audit of the DOJ’s document release to ensure all 6 million+ pages are accounted for, as suggested by recent reports. • Support the Epstein Crime Victims Act (or similar legislation) to ensure victims are never again kept in the dark regarding non-prosecution agreements. • Investigate credible allegations of coconspirators who have yet to face federal charges. Nebraskans value the rule of law and the protection of the vulnerable. Please continue to fight for the survivors and ensure that no one—regardless of wealth or status—is above the law. I look forward to hearing about the steps you are taking to ensure total transparency in this matter. Sincerely,
