SCOTUS ordered the President, unanimously, to return Abrego Garcia to the U.S. The President is defying that order. The judicial branch does not enforce rulings. The executive is supposed to do that. If the executive does not, the remaining constitutional remedy is for the legislative branch to take action. Congress must tell the president to obey SCOTUS. No one is safe if a president is permitted to defy SCOTUS and to remove people to a foreign prison with no due process. * * *
