The Trump administration is building an enemies list of content creators — targeting Brian Tyler Cohen, David Pakman, and Headquarters — and you need to speak out against it now. Using government power to intimidate and silence political critics is not a gray area. It is a direct assault on the First Amendment, and your silence makes you complicit. Independent journalists and creators are doing the work that holds power accountable. When the administration uses its apparatus to go after individuals for what they publish and say, it sends a chilling message to every writer, podcaster, and commentator in this country. That is authoritarian behavior, full stop. We have watched this playbook unfold in Hungary, Ukraine, and South Korea — we do not need to repeat those mistakes here. Stand up and say so publicly.
