A comprehensive policy shift prioritizing human rights, diplomacy and self-determination for Palestinians is crucial to attaining a just and lasting resolution to this long-standing conflict. Persistent military support enabling the oppression of Palestinians is unacceptable and contrary to American values of freedom and equality. It is imperative to reevaluate the unwavering alignment with Israel's military occupation and to finally take decisive steps towards peace and security for all people in the region.
