You must hold the line against encroaching authoritarianism and honor your oath of office by vehemently rejecting the proposal from Representative Mike Johnson to eliminate federal courts. This reckless idea undermines the foundational principles of our nation and the system of checks and balances enshrined in the Constitution. Federal judges play a vital role in upholding the rule of law and protecting the rights of all Americans. Attacking the independence of the judiciary is a direct assault on our democratic institutions and the separation of powers. This unacceptable overreach must be denounced to preserve our republic and the freedoms we hold dear, defending the integral role of the federal court system in maintaining justice and liberty for all.
