Fred Trump III wrote in his book that when he approached his uncle DJT for financial help with his son who has significant disabilities, that DJT said he should just let him die.
When archaeologists study ancient peoples, I have read where the defining tell that a group of people has become civilized is when somebody is injured to the point where they wouldn’t be able to maintain life without help. And when they live past their wound, somebody had to care for them. Bring them food, etc.. That is the defining moment of the beginning of civilization.
With Donald Trump‘s attitude sounds like we are devolving. And isn’t it that the first people Hitler put to death were the disabled. Or else let Mengele use them for horrid experiments. Are we devolving to the level of the Nazis?!
It is imperative that we continue with the Department of Education. That entity ensures disabled children are not pushed aside and they receive the education they so desperately need and deserve. Please do not allow Trump to shutter the DOE!
