congress This latest action by the administration to defy the Supreme Court’s order to arrange safe passage for Kilmar Abrego Garcia back to the United States for his rightful due process represents the final tipping point into autocracy. Congress has already been compliant of Trump’s “rule” with the abdication of the GOP, and now this defiance of a unanimous Supreme Court decree, is Trump nullifying the final arm that balances the tripartite system of U. S. Democracy. We now live in a dictatorship, unless you and/or the court can enforce compliance. To think that an American citizen can be shipped to El Salvador without due process, and that we fain an inability to reacquire him safely, is unconscionable in this day and age.
