While I know you do not want to shut down the government, we are very much past the point of usual politics. Americans Constitutional rights are being trampled and innocent citizens are being murdered on our streets. There is no way to reform the DHS with regulations and laws when they have blatantly proven themselves to be completely lawless. The people inflicting the pain & suffering upon even children are extremely damaged human beings. They happily exist in hatred and cruelty. They will not be reformed by being asked to change their ways. We are being attacked by the truly worst of the worst. The American people are remembering what community is by the example of the brave people of Minnesota. We can & will organize to help our neighbors. Shut down the government to defund DHS and trump’s secret police who are terrorizing our communities. Nothing is more important than our Constitutional Rights. Without them we have nothing. This requires the strength of all of us to eliminate this unprecedented threat to our Democracy. And that strength must begin in Congress. The House has already failed us. Don’t let the Senate do the same.
