After reading the whistleblower's report on efforts at the USPS to hastily implement Donald Trump's efforts to suppress vote-by-mail, I want to know what you are doing to ensure that Pennsylvanians will be able to vote by mail as usual in November, without having to worry that we either won't receive our ballot or that we won't be able to reliably return it. Please let me know how you are addressing this threat. Thank you.
