Are we there yet? Are we finally to the point you will do something to reign in the madman in office? I’ve been writing and calling. All I get back are canned replies pledging your loyalty to a man who is now responsible for the death of a mother dropping off her kid at school. A woman whose last words were, “I’m not mad at you dude.” A woman who was unarmed and was waving to let ICE officers pass her so she could get out of the street and out of their way. This from the murderer’s own camera footage. CHILDREN are being pepper sprayed as they’re leaving their school building, random people being stopped and asked for papers. We’re now being told they’ll be going “door to door” by the Vice President. Have any of you READ the Constitution? Are we there yet? We have NATO issuing warnings that if we don’t knock off the bullshit they’ll take US bases in Europe. We’re no longer considered a world leading power, and now are a security threat by our allies. Greenland is issuing statements telling us they’ll fight if we try to “take” Greenland, meanwhile, he’s still giving press conferences about his plans to take over Greenland. He literally made a statement that he doesn’t “need” international law, and his own morals are what he’s limited by, so I guess that means we’re all screwed. Are we there yet? We’re going into other countries and snatching their leaders in the middle of the night, assaulting their wife in the process all for the sake of oil and oil companies. Killing at least 100 civilians in the process, and are now threatening to do the same to Mexico. Do you even CARE that he ignored the power the Constitution gave YOU and just did it without congressional approval, or even NOTIFYING congress. You’ve made your own part of government impotent with your undying loyalty to someone who is only loyal to himself. Are we there yet? Employment is in the crapper. Inflation is NOT down, I don’t give a flip what he says, I go to the grocery store almost daily. When was the last time you went and bought groceries? Gas prices are NOT below $2 a gallon, not even here in the Midwest. The economy is getting worse daily, and the middle class is suffering more and more. Healthcare is so high now that even in homes like mine where we were living comfortably on one income so that a parent could stay home to raise kids, we’re looking for jobs because now 1 income is not sustainable. Are we there yet? Are you finally willing to do your job, or are you just going to keep letting the American people suffer because of your pride and loyalty? Or are we going to have to find ourselves in a war where 90% of the world is against us to get you to change your tune? Trump is a clear and present danger to this country. The system that I’ve always believed in has been corrupted and is no longer working for the people, not because the framework is flawed, but because our representatives who are supposed to be working for US are now working for him. So. I ask again. Are we to the point yet that you’ll do something to protect us. Protect our country. Hell, at this point, protect the world from another world war.
