Dear congress and President it sure would be nice if tax dollars could be used for everyone’s water ? Maybe y’all can pull funds from housekeeping and require everyone to clean their own space? Or perhaps give tax deductions to the community’s businesses and corporations to mow your lawns? Or maybe we can skip the decorations that cost tax payers money and then everyone could have a steady stream of water which is life itself. Don’t forget the highest tax payers are ya’ll and you’re not getting anything from ur own tax dollars except higher taxes.
